What does a dietitian do?
Dietitians use food as medicine to support the body’s natural ability to heal, prevent illness, and improve quality of life.
Our philosophy is to take a whole-person approach, considering the physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence eating habits and health outcomes. Dietitians focus on achievable, sustainable change rather than restrictive diets, helping you develop a positive relationship with food.
Our treatment approach combines scientific knowledge with practical, everyday strategies to support your unique needs. This may include tailored meal planning, guidance on managing specific health conditions, education about nutrition, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
Dallas has a special interest in diabetes and metabolic health, gut health (including IBS and IBD), allergies and intolerances, and promoting healthy ageing. She works with each client to create a personalised nutrition plan that supports long-term vitality, balance, and confidence with food.
