Meet Alice Moore, experienced Remedial Massage Therapist with over 15 years in sports rehabilitation, injury recovery and functional movement. Alice provides deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and movement-based treatment to help reduce pain, improve mobility and support long-term physical wellbeing.
Dallas Demeny is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney. Dallas takes a warm, practical approach to nutrition, focusing on long-term lifestyle change and collaboration with other health professionals. Her areas of interest include weight management using a non-diet approach, diabetes and metabolic health, food allergies and intolerances, gut health conditions such as IBD and IBS, and promoting healthy ageing. Dallas tailors her advice to each person’s goals and circumstances, helping clients make realistic, sustainable improvements to their wellbeing.
